Installation

Dependencies
~~~~~~~~~~~~
Chicken scheme and a number of "eggs" are required for building
Megatest. In the v1.66 and beyond assistance to create the build
system is built into the Makefile.
.Installation steps (overview)

./configure
make chicken
setup.sh make -j install
