Selectors (e.g. use for -runtests, -remove-runs, -set-state-status, -list-runs etc.)
  -target key1/key2/...   : run for key1, key2, etc.
  -reqtarg key1/key2/...  : run for key1, key2, etc. but key1/key2 must be in runconfig
